　　立式精密磨床主要结构探用高级铸铁FC-30经正常化热处理，探低遇波熔炉，吠喃树脂砂模铸造，确保机体安定、固型、耐磨耗。

　　机械结构设计主要考量负荷，速度，精度与稳定性。为了达到以上强度条件，结构件的设计探用较为稳固的三角形作为设计基础，肋骨的三角设计则可符合力流增加抗弯曲刚性与抗扭刚性。

 MACHINE MAIN STRUCTURE

They are cast of high grade FC-30 iron, meltedby advanced induction furnace, then cast inresin cores. In order to ensure stability andrigidity, they are heat-treated with normalizingprocedure prior to machining.

This mechanical structure major consider load,speed, accuracy and stability. In order toachieve above conditions, the structure wasdesigned with a more stable triangle rib ofprinciple, it can be increased rigidity againstbending and torsional rigidity.
