The high-rigidity spindle utilizes the design of a hydrostatic bearing to carry heavy loads and heavy cutting with a high-pressure oil film, which can effectively reduce the wear and keep the spindle in a true circle. The precision spindle is probed with SNCM-210H and heat treated by niobium carbon. The surface hardness can reach above HRC60, which can strengthen the torque.

SNCM-220H is treated by latent carbon ripening, computer controlled cryogenic treatment, surface hardness HRC62 or above, core quenching and tempering HRC25-30, spindle with strong torsion, high precision, high life, using KJ-4 alloy bearing, three-point moving The oil film system uses a semi-hydraulic floating spindle with less spindle contact surface and low temperature, which ensures consistent and stable operation of the machine at any time. The cooling cycle has good effect, high precision and long life.

3. Centerless grinding machine vertical wheel drive system

The adjustment wheel spindle motor is probed by the Japanese split servo. The speed control is 10~250rpm without the digit setting. It can be adjusted to the optimal full speed. When the adjustment wheel outer diameter changes, the same green speed can be maintained. The product and the transmission drive probe shape timing belt can reduce vibration and reduce noise. The motor base and the main shaft base are integrally connected, and the motor also follows the trouble when the adjusting wheel is tilted, completely eliminating the problem that the pulley and the belt are not parallel and twisted.
